Ah, the details. A very important part of the day, and J. Harper Photo has given us more than enough to obsess over in todays wedding. Offering a warm rustic feel, everything from the fire powered pizza oven to the charming glass flower vases make me feel like I am right there at the Lareau Farm. And the altar, with the perfect amount of finely detailed flowers to tie the knot under.
Can we get an order of those sweet cupcakes from Sweet Simones over here right away?
A few words from the photographer… “Brittany and Chris joined family and friends from all over the country in a simplistic and sophisticated afternoon soiree in the sweetest little nook of Vermont imaginable. Waitsfield offers some of the state’s most polished yet comfortable inns, restaurants, and sprawling, open fields — this event combined those three ideas, resulting in a most beautiful backdrop to celebrate the exchanging of vows.”
“A palette of dusty pinks, deep greens, bright purple, and fuschia were accented by soft ivory and pops of gold. Beautiful Boston Round Jars offered a fun twist on a traditional Vermont favor, maple syrup. Gold table numbers added a touch of glamour to the otherwise rustic-chic tabletops, which were a perfect combination of soft and homespun: ivory linens topped with subtle lace, multi-level apothecary and spirit bottles, all dotted with colorful stems.”
” Lareau Farm provided a most unique adornment with sprawling, open land, fun yard games, fire pit, and look at that altar.. perfection. A gorgeous summer evening in quintessential Vermont.”
